A fast growing Australian native with so many uses. It can handle moderate sun and heavy to part shade, it can be used in ferneries, indoor plant, living mulch, lawn substitute and between paving stones. All soils except heavy clay and sand. It is a hardy, naturally compact ground cover which grows best in summer and can look thin and brown in winter. Insignificant flowers in Spring.
Very good weed suppressant. Great between rocks in rockeries. Ideal lawn substitute, that you do not need mowing and will take light foot traffic.
