Dichondra Repens

Also known as 'Kidney Weed' this perennial is native to Australia and New Zealand. Dichondra Repens makes a decorative alternative to grass lawns with its small lilly pad leaves that form dense ground cover.

It makes an expectational show in hanging baskets, it's creeping habit will grow into a cascading delicate form hence it's other reference as 'Dichondra Falls'. In recent years years Dichondra has become a popular indoor house plant.
