Polemonium caeruleum

Blue Pearl has stunning bell-shaped blue flowers and flowers from early summer. The leaves have the appearance of ladder rungs, hence the name Jacob's Ladder. Grow in any fertile, moist but well-drained soil preferably in full sun or partial shade. Polemonium require little maintenence, and can be cut back after they have first flowered to encourage new flowers.
