An easy annual with a long flowering season. A tall plant with fern like foliage and does not require support. Cosmos 'Sunset yellow' has an unusual shade, that is a dusty lemon yellow that fades to white. This variety also takes 4 weeks longer to flower than other cosmos types.
The plants thrive on neglect and reseed themselves easily making them a great choice for wildflower meadows. Cosmos can be a great cut flower with a vase life of 5-7 days.
