Wasabi salad is also know as Wasabi rocket and grows spoon shaped leaves with a serrated looking edge. It's flavour is that of the traditional Wasabi.
Suited for cool weather growing as this variety has a tendency to bolt. Available as a winter crop if protected with cloches or grown in a cold frame or directly outside depending on your climate conditions.
